The areas such as geometrical centre, and  the upper and lower regions of both front and rear of the load should be sterilized and are to be  considered suitable zones for placement of these indicators.

A standard procedure should be formulated and established  for the routine evaluation and test of each sterilizer.

On completion of cycle of sterilisation, the indicators should be removed test transferred  them to the laboratory for testing.

It is mandatory that all sterility tests should be performed in a clean dust free environment, preferably under more than atmospheric pressure by use of  rigid aseptic technique throughout the test work.

Sterilisation basically means purification of the article or the things. Things which can be transmitted can be eliminated via sterilisation so spores, bacteria, viruses can be eliminated from the substance. There is a detail sterilisation called the autoclave sterilisation where basically any sort of things can be sterilised through it basically instruments of various shapes.
