in Summer, bread kept in an air tight box or refrigerator does not get spoilt but if kept out in the open gets spoilt after a few days give reasons, why this happen?

Because microorganisms need high temoerature to grow itself thats why it is affected by mould in summer season. But we put it in fridge than microorganisms will not grow due to low temperature.

it do not come contact with moisture
:growth of microorganism don't take place there becoz they grow faster In presence of moisture.
but a bread kept outside do not get these conditions and spoil
