In summer vegetables get spoiled faster than winter if we keep outside. Why? for kid mind it. small answer.​

In summer microbes that spoil food thrive better, as the living condition is better for them. So, food gets spoiled easily. In winter, microbes' metabolic activity slows down, so it spoils food slowly.
