Dear Arif,
I am fine here with good mood and health and hope that you are also fine at your place.
As you also know that it's the time of rainy season. It has already started raining in Delhi. It is really very important to keep ourselves covered as the clogged water due to rain gives birth to mosquitoes which can be hazardous for health as it causes Dengue. You are already far from us living in your university hostel. What we can do from here is just advice you regarding the same.
Eat healthy. Have your meals in time and do not eat junk food. Whenever you go out, cover yourself with proper full covered clothes. If not important then do not step out in rain. Always keep the ointment used on biting of mosquitoes with you. Drink plenty of water and stay always hydrated.
You need to take the above precautions so that you stay safe. Advice your friends the same. In case of any emergency, do not hesitate to call anyone in the family.
