in Tamilnadu 90% percent of the people living in rural areas use a ration shop. whereas in West Bengal only 35 % of rural people do so. where would people be better off and why?

development is closely linked to public facilities
in wb all the poor people cannot get good food because of the very poor
public distribution system
if they cannot get food the mortality rate increases and also the literacy rate decreases because of very less money with them
this sentence is a very great effects on the Human Development Index and West Bengal is regarded as less developed than that of Tamilnadu

As I also live in West bengal there are some villages like Bankura, Ghutgoria( a place name but many less people know about this village) & kolikata(remember kolikata is a village in kolkata side)

As in West bengal is located in top east of India people they leave and there every purpose are different and many city are formed in there ex- Dugapur , asansol & kolkata(early name calcutta) In early time British also declare kolkata as the capital city of British raj(early name of India before independence) many beautiful buildings and bridges are formed the Kolkata has the very bountiful language I and you know that west bengal people speak Bengali but there speaking kind and style is different ex-

So west Bengal has many cities in cause of British raj. And most of people eat fish and british people also take many gold and food. And cause of city less forest are exist.

And in tamil nadu is mear of Equator and have many forest. They only eat idlis and many food and there education is much advance than North india and you will see if any engineer and worker works some people work in there. And briitish raj also treated on black as South india have black people. And when india get independence the people get very poor bymut cause many forests and advance education they change there state and tried to make a new country. But india doesn't listen. Now if south india' s country exist that will called as a developed country.
