in above figure ∆ABC is isocellus triangle because AB=BC is given.

angle BAC = angle BCA = 70
{ because AB = BC }

angle BAC + BCA + ABC = 180
angle ABC + 70 + 70 = 180
angle ABC = 180 - 140 = 40


ABCD is cyclic quadrilateral then

angle ABC + ADC = 180
40 + angle ADC = 180
angle ADC = 180-40 = 40
