so the redius is 5

now the area of the circle is πr^2

550/7cm2

.now area of the rectangle = l×b

6×8=48

48cm2

area if shaded region is (area of the circle) -(area of rectangle)

= 550/7 - 48

( 550-336)/7

214/7cm2 is the area of shaded region
