In the absence of a partnership deed , how are mutual relations of partners governed???

In the absence ofPartnership deed, mutual relations are governed by thePartnership Act, 1932. ... ii) It can specify the duties and powers of each Partner. 


In the absence of any provision in the Partnership deed, profit or losses are share by the Partners equally.

In the absence any partnership deed , the undermentioned provisions of the partnership act , 1932 will be applicable : ―

1.. Profits and losses are to be shared equally.
2..No interest is to be allowed on capital.
3.Each partner can participate in the conduct of business.
4.No interest is to be charged on drawing.
