Hello friend,
Microorganisms play a vital role in cleaning the environment. They decompose the dead bodies of plants and animals and convert them into very much required humus.
If there were no microbes then no decomposition of dead organisms would take place. This would end up in giving the earth the shape of dead plants and animals.
Hopes it would help you.
