because some microbes are friendly and for plants friendly microorganisms are essential for their growth like ribosome present in the root nodule of the plant to fix nitrogen.. there are so many types of microbes which are friendly for plants .hence also for environment. and similarly for animals , they also need microbes for their proper growth , microbes are also present in the body of animals as well as in human beings.so if there is no microorganisms in earth so the earth would become a heap of dead plants and animals.

When there would be no microorganisms on the earth, the earth would become a heap of dead bodies of plants and animals. This is because microorganisms decompose dead bodies of plants and animals. The replenish nutrients which are present in the ground. this helps to required nutrients.
