ON is perpendicular on a plane mirror

Angle of incidence ∠i = ∠AON and angle of reflection ∠r = ∠BON Since, ∠i – ∠r ∠AOB = 90° ⇒ ∠AON + ∠BON = 90° ⇒∠i + ∠i – 90° ⇒ 2 ∠i =90° ⇒ ∠i = 90 / 2 = 45°

∴Angle of incidence = ∠i = 45° and Angle of reflection ∠i = 45°
