According to question

x : y = 11 : 19
Thus
x = 11 a
and y = 19 a

Ad is parallel to BE
So

Angle BDC = Angle ABD
y  = 32
19 a = 32
So   a = 32/19

Thus  x = 11 * 32 / 19
          x = 18.52

Since Angle DCE  = Angle ADC

So     Angle DCE = x + 32 = 18.52 + 32 = 50.32

mskrishivarmap4gjbu: you are wrong
pujaagarwalssp4hx0h: Your solution is wrong...how can you take angle BDC=angle ABD??
nitthesh7: no ur wrong the ans The ques should be AB⊥BD
Solving them
let x and y be 11a and 19a
then in ΔABD
11a+19a+90°=180° (angle sum property)
30a=90°
a=90°/30 = a=30°
∠x=33° (11a)
∠y=57°(19a)
as AB║BD
Then,∠ADC=∠DCE
∠DCE=65° (32+33)

:) Hope this helps!!!
ajaxcefg: AB is parallel to BC
