in ∆ABD and ∆ACD

AB= AC

it means ABC is isoceles triangle

by property of isoceles triangle

/ABD=/ACD

and AD bisects the BC so

BD= DC

by SAS congruency rule

∆ABD = ∆ACD

hence proved
