angle 1=3x

angle 2=2x

3x+2x=180° (linear pair)

5x=180

x=36°

angle 6=angle 2=2x=2x36=72° (corresponding angles)

Step-by-step explanation:

angle 1 + angle 2 = 180

let angle 1 = 3x

therefore, angle 2 = 2x

3x + 2x = 180

5x = 180

x = 36

angle 2 = 2*36 = 72

now,

angle 2 = angle 4 (vertically opposite angles)

angle 4 = angle 6 ( alternate angles)

therefore,

angle 2 = angle 6 = 72
