Properties of angles formed by transversal line with two parallel lines :
• Corresponding angles are congruent.
• Alternate angles are congruent. ( Interiors & Exterior both )
• Interior angles are supplementary. ( adds up to 180°)
∠ABC = ∠BCD Alternate Interiors angles
=> ∠BCD = 70°
∠BCD = ∠BCE + ∠DCE
=> 70° = x + ∠DCE
=> x = 70° - ∠DCE
∠DCE + ∠CEF = 180° Interior angles are supplementary
=> ∠DCE + 130° = 180°
=> ∠DCE = 50°
x = 70° - 50°
=> x = 20°
