thus then

BC=CD=DE=EB (1)

Moreover triangle ABC is an equilateral triangle

so thus

AB=BC=AC (2)

so considering triangle EAB and triangle DAC

AB=AC

EB=CD from (1) and (2)

Moreover Angle EAB=Angle DAC (common)

Hence Triangle EAB congruent to Triangle DAC by SAS Test

thus then

AE=AD (c.s.c.t)

Hence proved
