as we know, the diagonal of a parallelogram divides it into two congruent triangles I. each. of equal area.
so,
area.(parallelogram.ABCD)= 2 (area of triangle ABC)
Now given, AB=28cm
BC =26 cm
AC= 30cm
Using heron's formula
let AB=a, BC=b,CA=c
now,
first we need to find semiperimeter (s)
which is a+b+c/2
or; (28+26+30/2)cm

=84/2cm
=42cm
now, area of triangle ABC=
  under root {s(s - a)(s - b)(s - c)}
so,
ABC= under root {42 (42-28)(42-26)(42-30)
=under root {42×14
