In the adjoining figure ABCD is a parallelogram in which ab is equals to 28 cm and BC is equals to 26 cm and diagonal AC is equals to 30 cm find the area of the parallelogram ABCD and the distance between ab and BC and even find the distance between CP and da.

Given : AB = 28cm ,BC=26cm and diagonal AC =30cm

(1) area of parallelogram= b×h=( 28×26) cm²=728cm²

(2) distance between AB and DC= 26 cm

(3) the distance between CB and DA= 28 cm
