In a trapezium, the sum of the adjacent angles within the parallel lines is 180∘.
∠A+∠D=180∘
∠D=180∘−∠A
=180∘−55∘
=125∘
∠C=180∘−70∘
=110∘
∠D=125∘ and ∠C=110∘
