it is very simple.
as AOD angle =70° angle BOC also = 70° (according to vertically opposite angles property).
now angle BOD + angle AOC = 360°-(70+70)°
=>angle BOD + AOC =220°.
so,
BOD=AOD= 220°/2 =110°
