In the adjoining figure, find the value of Angle OBC if Angle AOC = 52°,
where O is the centre of the circle.​

angle OBC = 26°

OB = OC (radii)

therefore, triangle OBC is isoceles

since exterior angle equals two opposite interior angels,

angle O = angle B + angle C

but angle B = angle C (since triangle OBC is isoceles as mentioned above)

angle O = angle B + angle B

52 = 2B

52/2 = B

B = 26°
