In the adjoining figure, lines AB and
CD intersect at F. If ZEFA = ZAFD and
CFB = 50°, find ZEFC,

ANSWER

From the figure

angle AFD = Angle CFB ( opposite angles )

given, Angle AFD = Angle EFA

And angle CFB = 50

angle ADD = CFB = Angle AFO = 50

again , Angle AFD + Angle EFA + Angle EFC = 180

50 + 50 + Angle EFC = 180

angle EFC = 80°
