In the adjoining figure, OD perpendicular yo OC. Find
angleAOD + angleCOB.​

Answer :-

Given,

  • OD is perpendicular to OC, which means angle DOC = 90°

To find,

  • Angle AOD + Angle COB

Let angle AOB + Angle COB be x,

also, AOB = 180°

Therefore,

AOB = Angle DOC + Angle AOD + Angle COB

=> 180° = 90° + x

=> x = 180° - 90°

=> x = 90°

Therefore,

Angle AOD +Angle COB = 90°
