In the adjoining parralogram , ABCD, Angle CAD = 40°, Angle BAC = 35° , and Angle COD = 65°. Calculate

B) Angle ABD

angle doc = angle aob( vertically opposite angle)

angle dba = 180 -( angleangle aob + angle cab)

= 180 - ( 65+ 35)

= 180- 100

= 80

angle bdc = angle dba = 80

( alternate angles are equal)

angle acb = angle dac(alternate angles are equal)

angle cob = 180 - 65

= 115

angle cbd = 180 -( angle cob + angle acb)

180 -(115 + 40)

= 180 - 155

= 25
