Solution:
Let us consider that a pseudo force acts in the right direction, F pseudo = ma
As we can see from the image acceleration of block a' w.r.t. wedge will be g sinθ + a cosθ
The relative acceleration of the block relative to the wedge will be g sinθ + a cosθ.
