angleOPT = angleOQT =90°

thus,

in quadrilateral OPTQ,

angleOPT + anglePTQ + angleOQT + anglePOQ = 360°

SO,

90° + anglePTQ +90° + 110° = 360°

290° + anglePTQ = 360°

anglePTQ=360°-290°

anglePTQ=70°
