Respected Sir/ madam,

I am Lavanya, resident of Shanti Enclave. As a concerned citizen , I am writing the letter to draw the attention of manufacturers of various essential things.

We know that this pandemic, has destroyed everything. The price wail also rise. But I hadn't expected that it will soar so high. Daily essentials are required by everyone , whether they are rich or poor. So process should be set according to average. The price is only sufficient for a middle offer rich man, not fire poor.

So, my request is to post my letter in your esteemed columns of newspaper, so that the authorities can set the prices again, thinking for the poor.

Sir

I'm Lavanya of Shanti Enclave, New Delhi. Through your newspaper, I wish to raise my voice against the price hike of daily use essentials in local stores.

In this challenging times of the widespread pandemic of COVID-19 has distributed everyone but the people are facing a lot of problem buying daily use essentials in local stores. The prices are so high that the people can not even buy a milk packet, the Riches can purchase but what about the others? They're not able to go to office they are working at home till late nights but the salaries are so low due to this problem the people are unable to bare the high costs of the items.

• One milk packet Costs Rs 75 to 80 before it was Rs 55.

• Vegetables and fruits Costs are Rs 800 before it was Rs 450.

• Coming to spices Costs Rs 100 for one packet before it was Rs 50.

• Shampoos,Hand washes,Soap Costs Rs 500 before it was Rs 300.

• The main are Water Cans Costs Rs 300 per can before it was Rs 100.

They're more essential things which are important to lead a life, The Government should take this an important issue and bring them under the law with steep fines. So that everyone can lead a good healthy days in this pandemic without any issue.

I wish to make an urgent appeal to every person concerned to help.
