In the chapter, Mandela talks about how there existed discrimination based upon the colour of skin. In India,we see discrimination based upon caste and section. Is such type of discrimination justified? (100-150 words).

Answer: In South Africa Nelson Mandela had to struggle for a very long time so as to abolish the I'll practice of racism. Similarly in India we see many types of discriminations based upon caste and social divisions created by man itself. This social barrier is very very bad for the integrity of the Indians. Even till the Indian independence the practice of untouchability was practiced because the people fai

rd to understand that they were the ones who had erected the social and caste barriers and not the God. Hence in myopinion this kind of discrimination should be condemned and those sowing the seeds of hatred should be punished as well for the mental pain he or she has caused.
