To Find : length of UV​

Solution:

If a tangent segment and a secant segment are drawn to a circle from a common exterior point, then the square of the measure of the tangent segment is equal to the product of the measures of the secant segment and its external secant segment.

=> UV² = UX *UY

UY = UX + XY  = 10 + 10 = 20

=>  UV² = 10 * 20

=>  UV² =  200

=> UV = 10√2  

length of UV​ = 10√2
