In the circuit below given that R1 = 800 Ohm, R2 = 470 Ohm, R3 = 280 Ohm, R4 = 350 Ohm, E = 7.5 V. Find the current through resistor R3.

Explanation:

if the circuit is in series then the current in circuit of each resister will be equal. then value of current in R3= 7.5/800+470+280+350

R3=0.00441 A.

But if circuit is in parallel, then value of volt at each resister will be equal . so value of I

=V/R=7.5/280=0.02678 A.
