Here, we have to verify all the given options and we have to choose the correct one.

Verifying the options.

In the given circuit

1) Since, the 2Ω resistor is at same potential the current flowing in it is ZERO.

2) Given, resistance = 4Ω, voltage passed V = 20Volts

    Then, by using the  ohms law  i.e V = IR

    current passing through the 4ohm resistor is

    I = \frac{20}{4}= 5A

3) similarly, the current passing through 5ohm resistor is

    I = \frac{20}{5}=4 A

Therefore, all of the given options are verified and are correct. So, option '4' is the correct answer to choose.

The correct option is (4) .

Solution  -

1) resistor is 2 Ω at same potential the current flowing in it is ZERO .

2) Given,

                 R = 4 Ω

                 V = 20 Volts

 by using Ohms law  V = IR

                        I = V/R

                       I = 20/4 ⇒ 5 A

3)  Similarly, V = 20 Volts

                    R = 5 Ω

                  I = V /R  ⇒ 20/5

                   I = 4 A

So, all these options are correct . Then Correct option is "4"

Ohm's law -

                      Ohm's Law states that the current flowing through a conductor is directly proportional to the potential difference applied across its ends, provided the temperature and other physical conditions remain unchanged. Current is directly proportional to voltage difference through a resistor.

                                    R = V/I
