In the circuit shown in figure E F G and H are cells of EMF 2,1,3 and 1V respectively. The resistance 2,1,3 and 1ohm are there respective internal resistance . Calculate (a) the potential difference between B and D (b) the potential difference across the terminals of each of the cells G and H

All the details are calculated based on kirchoff’s law. It is the basic law ideal for analysing the circuit.  

The potential difference between B and D is 2/13 v.

The potential difference across the terminals of each of the cells G and H is 21/13V.
