<b><i>{(a)-No}
●Because current flow in circuit , so when switch is off no current will flow.

<b><i>{c,b,a}
●C then B and after that A because conventionally current flow from +ve terminal to -ve terminal hence current first pass through C then B and at last A.

Answer:

(i) No. none of the bulb will glow unless the switch is in the 'on' position. (ii)all the three bulbs will glow at the same time as far as the capacity of the battery is concerned.
