In the given circuit ,
6 ohm and 3 ohm are connected in parallel
Rp = 3 ×6 /9
Rp=2 ohm
this 2 ohm is in parallel with 2 ohm
Rp =2×2/4
Rp = 1 ohm
this 1 ohm is in series with 5 ohm
Rs = 1+5 =6 ohm
6 ohm is in parallel with 5 ohm
Rp= 6×5/11
Rp=30/11
Rp=2.72 ohm
the ammeter shows the total current flowing through the circuit
I = V /R
I = 24/2.72
I=8.82 A
