in the class 7 of a school ,girls are 60% of total number of students and are 15 in number. find the ratio of the number of girls to the number of boys in that class

let the no. of total students be x
thus,
60% of x = 15. (no. of girls)
x= (15 × 100)/60
x = 25

thus, no. of boys = 25 - 15 = 10

ratio of no. of girls to the boys = 15:10
= 3:2
