In the class 7th of a school, girls are 60% of total number of students and are 15 in number . Find the ratio of the number of girls to the number of boys in that class

60% of total student(15) is 9 so number of girls is 9 and number of boys=15-9=6

so the ratio will be 9/6 =3:2

let total number of students=x

=60% of x=15

60/100×x=15

x=15×100/60

x=25

Total no. of students =25

Girls=15

Boys=25-15=10

Ratio=15:10
=3:2
