"The Right to Education Act imparts the right to every children to avail free and compulsory education from 6-14 years of age under article 21A of the Indian constitution.


1. This right helps children to complete their basic education irrespective of their caste, creed, family income, educational background of their parents etc and gives them the opportunity to be literate and succeed in life.


2. If the literacy rate of a country increases, the rate of poverty, crime, unemployment etc automatically reduces which makes the nation prosper and helps in human growth and development.
