In case of aerobic respiration, complete oxidation of glucose takes place with the formation of 38 ATP.
ATP. is Adenosine TriPhosphate which is the energy currency of the cell.
In case of anaerobic respiration, incomplete oxidation of glucose takes place with the formation of only 2 ATP.
Thanks.
