In the construction of a rod of length 35 km the conductor completed 17 by 8 km in the first stage and he in the second stage he constructed 35 by 8 km what is the length of the remaining part of the road to be constructed

Length of the road= 35km

Length of road constructed= 17/8+ 35/8

= 13/2

Therefore the remaining length to be

constructed= 35-13/10

350/10 - 13/10

= 337/10

= 33.7
