volume \: of \: the \: cylinder = \pi {r}^{2} h

 = \pi \times {8}^{2}  \times 20 \\  = 22 \div 7 \times 64 \times 20

=4,022.85714

 =4022.86 \: cubic \: cm

Substituting the values -

= 3.14 x (8)2 x 30

= 3.14 x 64 x 30

= 4021.76

= 4.0218 litres
