A CO2 level of a ppm of 230 and above has no impact on the oxygen production. When lower than 230ppm oxygen production along with CO2 levels decrease.

Yes the answer is true ! Cause the respiration and photosynthesis take place Side by side and when it is dark the amount of respiration increases therefore the oxygen is consumed more
