In democracy no one is permanent winner pr loser because the goverent keeps changing after every 5 years which gives the lower or others party the chance to rise again and shine. no party can be permanently winner and no party can be permanently loser. democracy gives everybody the equal opportunity to rise and to free and fair elections.
