In the diagram "formation of rainbow", why the light did not come out from the water droplet at the first instance? It got reflected once within the water droplet and then came out to the observer. Why?

cuz light rays passing from a transparent medium gets refracted( /_i ≠ /_r ) n doesn't get reflected ...thus on getting refracted the constituent colours of while light gets separated by different amounts n a rainbow can b seen
