Assume Q and S intersect OL at point M

In the given diagram, PQ is parallel to OL
therefore, Angle QMO + Angle PQM = 180
Therefore Angle QMO = 180 - Angle PQM
Therefore Angle QMO = 180 - 110
Angle QMO = 70

Now LMO is a straight line, hence it is equal to 180
Angle QMO + Angle QMS + Angle SML = 180
70 + 60 + Angle SML = 180
Angle SML = 180 - 130
Angle SML = 50

For any line to be parallel, the sum of their corresponding angle should be 180
Angle SML + Angle MST = 50 + 130 = 180

hence OL parallel to ST.
