In the election there are two candidates A and B. the total number of voters in this constituency was 60000 and 80% of the total votes were polled if 60% of the polled votes were east in favour of A how many votes received by B

Total voters=60000
80%of total votes polled=80/100×60000=48000
means 48000 people voted
60%of 48000 voted for A.. means
60/100×48000=28800 people voted for A
So,B received=60000-28800votes=31200votes
so B received 31200 votes...
