Number of ineligible candidates = 95%.(100 - 5%).
Eligible candidates of other categories = 15% of (95% of x)
= 15/100 * 95/100 * x
= 57/400x.
Given that Candidates belonged to other categories = 4275.
57/400 x= 4275
x = 4275 * 400/57
= 30000.
