koh solution is hanged on a test tube to absord co2 so the partial water rises in a test tube

In the experiment to show that co2 realesaed during respiration is that we have to blow air in a glass of lime water with the help of a straw like thing .And the lime water will turn milky with the reaction of co2.Thos the true and easy experiment which show co2 realeased during respiration.
