Given : ∠APB = ∠BPC

The length of BP is 4 units.

To Find : length of BC on the circle

Solution:

∠APB + ∠BPC + 234° = 360°

∠APB = ∠BPC

=> ∠BPC + ∠BPC + 234° = 360°

=> 2 ∠BPC = 126°

=>  ∠BPC =  63°

Length of BC =  ( 63°/360°) 2πR

R = radius = BP  = 4

π = 22/7

=> Length of BC =  ( 63°/360°) 2(22/7) * 4

=  (9/360)44 * 4

= (1/40)44 * 4

= 1 * 44 /10

= 44/10

= 4.4

Length of BC = 4.4 unit
