From the given figure you can conduct

∠APR = ∠ ABQ = 55°

∠QOA + ∠OAB = 180°

98° + ∠OAB = 180°

[ ∠OAB = 82° ]

∠OAB = ∠OBN = 82° [ alternative angles ]

therefore,

∠OBN + ∠X = 180°

82° + ∠X = 180° - 82°

[ ∠ X = 98° ]
