Given : ∆ABC is an isosceles triangle with AC=BC  

To Find : value of x

Solution:

AC = BC

Angles opposite to Equal sides are Equal

∠B=  ∠A

=> ∠B = 70°

x = ∠A  + ∠B   ( Exterior angle = Sum of opposite interior angles)

=> x =  70° + 70°

=> x = 140°  

value of x.​  = 140°
